Returns & Exchanges

At this time, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchanges are only accepted if:

  • There is a verified manufacturing defect (must contact us within 12 hours of delivery)
  • The order is within Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, or Nassau County

Delivery & Shipping

Unfortunately, we can not provide international shipping at the moment. 

FREE standard (3-7 business days) delivery is available for orders within Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Nassau County, New York.
